Job Description

A professional theatre production is seeking experienced and versatile dancers of all genders to join the cast of The Little Mermaid at The Roxy Theatre. The production is looking for performers with strong technical ability, excellent stage presence, and adaptability across multiple dance styles.

This is a paid opportunity for talented dancers interested in performing in a large-scale theatrical production during the holiday season.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform as part of the ensemble cast in a live theatre production.
  • Learn and execute choreography across various dance styles.
  • Attend rehearsals and production meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with directors, choreographers, and fellow cast members.
  • Maintain professional performance standards throughout the contract period.

Requirements

  • Professional dancers of all genders.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong dance technique and versatility across multiple styles.
  • Excellent stage presence and performance skills.
  • Applicants of all ethnicities and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Priority will be given to performers living within commuting distance of Leadgate, County Durham.
