Planet Home Lending is hiring a Marketing Coordinator II to support the various channels and business units.

This position requires mortgage industry experience and reside in the DFW area.

MUST have Digital Video Production experience.

The Marketing Coordinator II is responsible for creating new and editing existing marketing materials for print and digital and collaborating with the marketing team for campaign creation, improvements, and new strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Create new and edit existing digital marketing materials upholding company brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on new digital campaigns for borrower and partner audiences.
• Design company videos to be used on social media platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects and workflow from initial proposal to final piece.
• Work with our external vendor to manage the company promotional store, assist with new orders, and implement new products, as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team.
• Company and Originator event support as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Self-starter with an upbeat, positive personality.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with Adobe Suite, with a focus in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical knowledge.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a small, fast-paced team.
• Comfortable working with all levels of management.

What we require:

• MUST have mortgage industry AND Video Production experience
• MUST reside in the DFW area
• Minimum of 2-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
