Specialized global agency is looking for a versatile creative project manager/creative producer to serve as the link between a well known top brands and agency in the successful execution and delivery of large experiential events with projects including multimedia/animation, signage, digital content, and environmental. You will help manage day-to-day production of creative elements end-to-end, in direct collaboration with the Client, Executive Producer, Creative Directors, and Creative teams.

To be considered you must have experience managing / producing multimedia/animation, signage, digital content, and environmental projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with client in partnership with the Client; Creative Director, 3D animators and designers
  • Direct client communication to assure team can focus on the deliverables and ensure communication is organized and responsive
  • Signage and decor management focus initially; managing pre- and post production for marketing campaigns
  • Client facing during planning cycle and seeing through execution onsite
  • Track assets for projects including videos, animation, motion graphics, jpegs, verbiage, etc. 
  • Coordinate with print vendors, fabrication vendors, print proofs, design specs, quotes, etc.
  • Respect and understand the creative process and maintain a holistic view of creative elements
  • Manage client reviews and feedback & communicate updates to the team
  • Track all creative deliverables and manage all show documentation
  • Ensure onsite execution is organized, seamless and planned for (as well as communicated to the rest of the team)
  • Handle onsite changes and updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of creative project management/producing in an agency setting
  • Salesforce working knowledge or experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and close to clients
  • Have managed both traditional and digital projects; animation, motion graphics; signage a must
  • Basic understanding of technologies like 3D animation, motion graphics, HTML5, Adobe Suite a plus
  • Experience using Quip project management software a plus
  • Able to travel for events
  • Background in event production developing and managing budgets, project timelines, and production plans
  • Positive attitude with focus on the success of the team over individual accomplishments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for innovation and collaboration

Specialized Events / Brand Activation Agency in New York OR Boston is looking for accomplished creative with experience designing for events to help bring integrated 360 campaigns (emphasis on environmental/large scale promotional) to life for some top brand clients. The ideal individual is someone who appreciates and thrives on the design process from concept through completion in a very collaborative and fast paced creative environment.

You will be an integral part of the creative team working very closely with the creative leadership, client and marketing team to ensure that the vision set forth is brought to life on all 2D Graphic Components in a unique and thought provoking way across all mediums (digital, traditional print, environmental/experiential).

Coming in with some agency or design studio experience is a must! It that will cater towards the need to be able to juggle multiple high-level projects/brands simultaneously. Brings ideas, inventiveness, inspiration and your all-around creative chops to the table every day.

This position is a contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with others on storyboarding; bringing to life vision across all projects.
  • Having some events or brand activation experience/interest will be extremely helpful
  • Brainstorm initial creative direction and provide design rationales outlining direction and tactical solutions.
  • Ensure designs meet objectives, budget, timeline and quality of deliverables.
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems.
  • Inspiring confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years industry experience (Agency or Design Studio)
  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
  • Portfolio, showing a strong sense of brand design in 360 campaigns with some environmental
  • Poise and focus under pressure
  • Advanced in the Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • High level sense of design, layout, and typography combined with strong conceptual skills reflected in portfolio
  • Strong creative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player who is positive and collaborative

You will be integral part of the creative team working very closely with the design leadership to ensure that the vision set forth is brought to life in a unique and thought provoking way while following brand guidelines.

Coming in with both agency and consultative experience will be extremely helpful in being successful working a well known technology client, managing creation of many assets within budget and on-time! Bring ideas, inventiveness, inspiration and your all-around creative thinking to the table every day.

You will articulate concepts to client, expand/evolve creative directions into both semi-permanent as well as promotional brand experiences.

This is a contract to perm position HYBRID role. You’ll be required to be in either Boston or Austin office periodically.
