Job Responsibilities

• Writers/Contributors: Submit original work in art, criticism, poetry, or prose for publication consideration

• Editors: Review submissions, provide feedback, and help shape issue selections

• Fiction Editor: Evaluate fiction pieces and support revisions and editorial decisions

• Poetry Editor: Review poetry submissions and collaborate on selections and edits

• Design & Social Media Editor: Support visual presentation and social content to promote the magazine and new issue

Requirements

• Strong writing skills and original creative work for submission categories (art, criticism, poetry, prose)

• For editorial roles: experience with editing, reviewing, or strong literary judgment (preferred)

• Reliable communication, deadlines, and collaborative workflow

• Ability to provide clear feedback and support a creative editorial process

• Passion for literary publishing and contemporary storytelling
