Casting Call: Sales Representative for Nonna Tonda

Job Description: We are seeking a charismatic and confident individual to join the Nonna Tonda team as a Sales Representative. Our company prides itself on delivering the freshest pasta and homemade sauces, inspired by Italy’s regional dishes. As a face-to-face sales representative, you will be the lifeblood of our company, bringing our products to a broader audience through nationwide events and canvassing shifts around London.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to introduce and sell Nonna Tonda’s pasta and sauce subscriptions.
  • Attend events and perform canvassing activities around London to generate sales.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions and contribute to the team’s sales strategies.
  • Be an ambassador for the Nonna Tonda brand, embodying our values and passion for quality food.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, personable attitude.
  • Resilience and perseverance in sales situations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts from Monday to Sunday, as required.
  • Drivers are preferred (with additional pay), but this is not essential.

Compensation Details:

  • Competitive commission-based role with daily expected earnings ranging from £120 – £500, uncapped.
  • Initial guarantee of London living wage at £11.95 per hour.
  • Payment is made twice a month.
