Job Description
Project Casting is featuring a remote, part-time opportunity for a creative, culture-savvy social media content creator who lives and breathes short-form video. This role focuses on concepting, producing, and editing scroll-stopping TikTok and Instagram Reels that spark conversation, build community, and support measurable growth. You’ll collaborate with a Marketing & Communications team to turn campaigns, exhibits, and cultural moments into engaging video storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels from concept to final edit

• Produce, shoot, and edit high-impact videos designed for social performance and audience growth

• Translate trends into meaningful, mission-driven storytelling

• Collaborate with a marketing/communications team on campaigns and cultural moments

• Develop content that builds community and drives engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form video for TikTok and Instagram

• Strong skills in filming, editing, and storytelling for mobile-first audiences

• Deep understanding of social trends and how to adapt them to a brand voice

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Available part-time (10–15 hours/week) during the contract window
