Sony Pictures is holding an open casting call for the lead role of Alec in the upcoming theatrical romantic comedy Fake Skating. Casting directors are searching for a charismatic young actor to portray the film’s hockey star. While previous acting experience is preferred, it is not required, making this an exciting opportunity for talented athletes and aspiring actors alike. Candidates with competitive hockey experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray the lead character, Alec, in a theatrical feature film.
• Deliver an authentic and emotionally engaging performance.
• Participate in rehearsals and principal photography.
• Work closely with the director and cast throughout production.

Requirements

• Male, 18–22 years old (to portray an 18-year-old).
• Handsome, charismatic, and athletic appearance.
• Legitimate hockey player preferred.
• Competitive hockey experience (Junior, AAA, or college club) is highly desirable.
• Acting experience preferred but not required.
