Job Description
NALIP is seeking a motivated intern through the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture Internship Program to support the organization’s signature event, the NALIP Media Summit. This internship offers hands-on experience in the entertainment and media industries, providing opportunities for mentorship, professional development, event planning, and industry networking. Ideal candidates are passionate about media, storytelling, and supporting programs that empower diverse voices in entertainment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordination for the NALIP Media Summit
- Support event logistics, communications, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members on programming and special projects
- Help manage attendee, speaker, and industry partner engagement
- Contribute to marketing, outreach, and event operations as needed
- Participate in professional development and mentorship opportunities
