• Candace – Black, 20s. Warm with attitude—“nicest rude person” vibes.

• Mable – 60s. Stubborn, longtime resident with deep roots in the building.

• Dean Hastings – 50s. Sharp wit; can end a conversation with one sentence.

• Spenser – 20s. Twink; expressive and confident personality.
