Makinda V Productions is holding in-person casting auditions for the upcoming thriller/drama short film The Version of You I Kept. Casting directors are seeking talented actors and actresses for lead, supporting, and background roles. Auditions will take place on August 11, 2026, in Dallas, Texas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend the in-person audition.
• Perform a cold reading during the audition.
• Bring all required audition materials.
• Be prepared to portray dramatic characters in a thriller project.

Requirements:

• Seeking:
  • Females ages 21–31
  • Males ages 28–34
• Bring an updated headshot and resume.
• Acting reel (if available).
• Valid ID.
• Prepare a 1–2 minute monologue (drama or thriller preferred).

Compensation:

• Lead roles: Paid.
• Supporting and background roles: Meals, screen credit, and demo reel copy provided.
