Job Description
A paid Brand Ambassador opportunity is available for a large-scale Fourth of July activation at Camp Pendleton. The event team is seeking an energetic, professional, and dependable Brand Ambassador to help represent a consumer brand during a holiday celebration attended by military personnel, families, and guests.
The selected candidate will work alongside the client and another Brand Ambassador to create an engaging and memorable event experience while supporting product sampling, consumer engagement, and activation operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to brand guidelines.
- Distribute product samples to attendees.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner.
- Generate excitement and brand awareness through positive consumer engagement.
- Educate attendees about products and brand messaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming activation space.
- Restock products, beverages, supplies, and promotional materials throughout the event.
- Support fellow staff members and client representatives during the activation.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Positive, professional, and dependable attitude.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid REAL ID or passport required.
- Comfortable working on a military installation.
- Comfortable interacting with service members, military families, and event attendees.
- Hospitality, beverage service, catering, promotional marketing, event support, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
- Barback experience is a plus.
- Interest in health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness brands preferred.
Compensation Details

The production team is seeking experienced event staff, promotional professionals, and brand ambassadors who can create a positive and engaging experience for attendees while supporting event operations.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Outgoing, professional, and dependable.
- Previous experience in event staffing, promotions, marketing, or brand ambassador work preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to transport event materials and product samples if required.
- Willingness to receive and store event materials before the event if needed.
- Ability to ship remaining event materials after the event using a prepaid shipping label if requested.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Must provide a recent photo, resume or short bio, and relevant experience when applying.
Compensation Details
- $28 per hour.
