A leading character art academy is hiring a Senior Character Artist Instructor specializing in Anatomy to elevate its Character Creation program. This is a remote, long-term collaboration opportunity for an experienced artist who is passionate about anatomy-driven character design and mentoring the next generation of talent.

The selected instructor will lead anatomy training, create recorded lessons and demonstrations, and help shape workflows for both stylized and realistic character development. This role is ideal for a senior-level character artist with strong industry experience and a desire to teach at a high professional standard.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead anatomy training within the Character Art program

• Create recorded lessons, demos, and structured training materials

• Define anatomy workflows for stylized and realistic characters

• Review student work and provide professional feedback

• Collaborate with instructors across production pipelines

• Represent the program as a senior-level industry expert

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Character Artist

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and form

• Proficiency with ZBrush and industry-standard workflows

• Solid portfolio showcasing anatomy-focused character work

• Native or fluent English speaker

• Teaching, mentoring, or team leadership experience is a plus
