Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, creative, detail-oriented sports enthusiast to join our Integrated Strategy team as a Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for building custom solutions and overseeing campaigns across the sales cycle, with a specific focus on pre and post-sales support, creation of sales materials and proactive sales content planning. The cross functional role interfaces with a variety of internal teams to develop and execute innovative, highly effective solutions that solve complex client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the RFP ideation process through submission and execution, developing creative solutions in the B/R voice that solve advertiser goals.
- Work closely and meet regularly with Account Executives and Planners for communication and updates on existing and potential partners.
- Clearly communicate advertiser goals, share insights and participate in brainstorm meetings with the content team to develop custom programs that solve for client goals.
- Build proposals and aid in client presentations.
- Work closely with the Data / Analytics team to garner relevant client and industry insights.
- Participate in post-sales kick off meetings, communicating all necessary information to ensure programs run smoothly and remain on strategy.
- Effectively communicate and represent B/R’s voice and strategy internally and externally.
- Aid in the creation of all wrap up materials to effectively tell a successful performance story for all campaigns.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years experience working in integrated marketing / strategy.
- Experience building and executing digital and social sponsorships.
- Creative thinker with the ability to present opportunities visually in Keynote.
- Strong project management skills (detail-oriented).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
- College degree required.

Description/Responsibilities: Looking for 2 people, opening new floors in Chicago tower, increase in events at Chicago tower. A lot of high level, executive white glove/non-profit events happening in the next month. 2 additional team members. Setting up a room/coffee, making sure stations are set up, arranging catering.
Experience level – 1-3 years’ experience.
Flexible, working on site 5 days a week, someone who is willing to learn. In Office events would be preferred.

A brief high-level overview of the role : The individual in this role will be supporting Chicago’s real estate and workplace services events. This including vetting, scheduling, planning, and executing events for our internal partners, ERGs, and nonprofits. This is an in-office job, with no remote option.
The Campus Events Team designs and produces events that bring together executives, partners, customers and employees. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about hospitality and events to join our New York based events team. Our events vary from in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences. Success in this role requires agility, clear and compelling communications, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. This individual will work closely with Security, Space Planning, Facilities, Workplace and Guest Services Teams to deliver successful events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-The position is responsible for the operational excellence of our meetings/events and the holistic guest experience including but not limited to: customer meetings, executive receptions, intimate dinners, town halls and employee events
-Continuously research and report innovative and creative event and entertainment options
-Solid office management / workplace environment knowledge
-Strong customer service and executive interaction experience
-Understand *** brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging for all events
-Continuous development of team playbooks and standard operating procedures
-Organize logistics, from beginning to end, for customer facing meetings, town halls, etc.
-Pre, onsite and post event logistical management
-Key stakeholder for G-Cal calendar management for internal event space
-Co-Manage vendor relationships (agencies, vendors, caterers, etc.) and work with internal teams.
-Liaise and negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms for goods and services
-Management of event statistics and ad hoc reporting
-Manage various workplace projects as assigned
-Multitask many events and projects at one time
Required Skills:
-Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role

Job Description:
- The Media Coordinator/Specialist supports the owned assets team in the planning and execution of promotion across linear and digital platforms for the full Discovery portfolio.
- Responsibilities include the scheduling of promotions as well as campaign data analysis.
- The Coordinator will work with the media and marketing teams to ensure executions are flawless and that promotion is scheduled based on agreed upon strategies.
- Looking for candidates who have experience in analytics and strategy.
- This is not a creative or product building role.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Implementation of daily/weekly promotional priorities and log scheduling.
- Trafficking of digital video and display creatives in Google AdManager, Freewheel.
- Performance reporting and data analysis for linear and digital media campaigns.
- Assist with building custom targets for campaigns using historical Nielsen & Adobe data.
- Manage promo deliveries and resolve discrepancy reports from the Broadcast Center regarding promos during the workday and outside normal business hours as needed.
- Interface with Marketing, Media Logistics and Commercial Operation partners to ensure network strategies are adhered to and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Basic qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in Media/Communications or related area.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in media or related field.
- Highly motivated individual who takes initiative and has a positive demeanor, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage high volume of projects and timelines.
- Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent data analysis skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work efficiently and effectively with partners as directed by senior team members and build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels.
