Groundbreaking is a 6-Episode mockumentary/dramedy series that follows a team of less-than-intrepid archaeologists who inadvertently discover an ancient Celtic secret that upends the beloved history of an uber-religious rural hamlet.

A quippy, grounded – yet secretly whimsical – cynic who has misplaced her spark.

GOOSE – HISTORIAN

(Age: 40-55)

Your favorite history teacher from high school – an even-keeled storyteller extraordinaire.

ORI – INTERN

(Age: 22 – 25)

An affable, superstitious, gullible, and endearingly inept newbie.

REILLY – PALEOBOTANIST

(Female) (Age: 28-34)

Mellow as jazz. Cheeky, irreverent, and unfazed by all.

FINN – EXCAVATION TECHNOLOGIST

(Age: 28-34)

A quirky, flippant, playful, and innocuously mischievous gear-head.

A damaged empath masquerading as an acidic, rancorous land developer.

A self-righteous, obstinate, and inflexible traditionalist.
