Job Description: We are seeking diverse families of all kinds for an upcoming project in New York City. This is an opportunity for real families to showcase their unique dynamics and connections on camera. Whether you have close neighbors who are like family, non-traditional family structures, or are part of a single-parent, LGBTQ, or adoptive family, we want to hear your story. This project celebrates the beauty of different family arrangements and the bonds that make them special.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a professional photo or video shoot in New York City.
  • Share your family’s story and dynamics, showcasing the unique relationships and connections that define your family unit.
  • Be available for all scheduled shoot days, and work closely with the production team to ensure an authentic and engaging portrayal of your family.

Requirements:

  • Real families of all kinds, including but not limited to:
    • Families with close neighbors who are like family.
    • Families with close family friends who are considered part of the family.
    • Families with non-traditional structures (e.g., grandparents, aunts, cousins, friends who are like family).
    • Single-parent families.
    • LGBTQ families.
    • Families with adopted children.
  • Must be non-represented talent (no agents).
  • Willing to share your family story and participate in a professional production setting.

Compensation:

Requirements:

Casting Call: Found Families for NYC Studio Shoot

Job Description:

We are seeking diverse and unique “found families” for an upcoming studio shoot in NYC. This project celebrates the broad concept of family, including non-traditional and multi-generational structures. The shoot will take place in a NYC studio, and we are looking for local talent from the tri-state area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a professional photo and video shoot, portraying natural and genuine family interactions.
  • Follow the directions of the production team to ensure an authentic depiction of family life.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude throughout the shoot.

Requirements:

  • Family Composition:
    • Families with anywhere between 3-6 members.
    • Multi-generations or non-traditional structures (grandparents, aunt/uncle, cousins, friends, etc.).
    • Multi-member families with kids and babies (or either/or).
    • Parents or solo parents with at least 2 children (babies or kids).
    • Kid + baby sibling duos.
    • LGBTQ families.
    • Jewish families.
    • Families with a member that is differently abled.
  • Ages:
    • Babies: 6-18 months (size 6-18 months).
    • Kids: Sizes 4/5, 8/9.
    • Adults: Must fit sizes Small, Medium, or Large.
  • Location: Must be a local from the tri-state area and able to work in NYC.
  • Representation: Talent must NOT have any representation as agents will be contacted separately. This is for unrepresented talent ONLY.

Compensation:

  • Rate: $500 per day per person (if booked).
  • Travel: No travel pay; locals only.
