A self-financed comedy production is seeking an experienced Camera Production Assistant (PA) to join a small professional crew for an upcoming half-hour comedy project. The production team consists of industry professionals with television experience collaborating on a personal creative project.
This opportunity is ideal for film students and emerging crew members with camera department experience looking to gain additional on-set experience while working alongside seasoned professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the camera department throughout production.
- Support grip and camera operations as directed.
- Help maintain camera equipment and production workflow.
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth on-set operations.
- Assist with general production needs during filming.
Requirements
- Previous grip experience required.
- Previous Assistant Camera (AC) experience required.
- Experience working in a camera department preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work within a small crew environment.
- Film students with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must be reliable, organized, and comfortable working on set.
Compensation Details
- $150 per day flat rate.
