A luxury designer fragrance pop-up activation is now hiring polished, engaging On-Site Backup Brand Ambassadors in Miami, FL. This paid promotional event will take place during Spring Break and is designed to drive awareness and excitement through a branded food truck serving complimentary smoothies and fragrance samples.

Brand ambassadors will represent a high-end fragrance brand, engage with the public, and support a high-energy experiential marketing activation. This is an outdoor, on-site promotional opportunity ideal for experienced promo models, brand ambassadors, and hospitality professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage Spring Break audiences with energy and professionalism

• Promote and drive awareness for a designer fragrance launch

• Invite consumers to interact with the branded food truck activation

• Support smoothie distribution and fragrance sampling

• Maintain polished brand representation at all times

• Follow event pacing and performance expectations

Requirements

• Clean-cut, polished, and professional appearance

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching the public

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods

• Able to stand and walk for full shifts

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction

• Prior brand ambassador, street team, promo, or hospitality experience preferred

• Comfortable representing a luxury designer brand

Compensation

• $35 per hour if activated

• $75 on-site standby pay if not needed

• Up to $50 parking or rideshare reimbursement with receipt

• Payment via Zelle or direct deposit within 24 hours

• Approximately 7-hour shift (TBD)

• Paid promotional event experience
