Boy Group Audition (Singers and Dancers)

Job Description
A global talent search is now open for male and masculine-presenting performers to join an upcoming boy group project. This worldwide audition is seeking young talent with strong vocal ability, dance skills, and on-camera confidence. Performers from all nationalities are encouraged to apply for this long-term music and performance opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform vocals and choreography for evaluation

• Appear on camera for performance and interview-style videos

• Follow creative direction and performance notes

• Represent the group with professionalism and stage presence

Requirements

• Ages 13–23

• Open to he / his / them performers

• Open to all nationalities worldwide

• Confident singing and dancing ability

• Comfortable speaking directly to the camera

• Ability to submit performance videos and photos

• Commitment to a potential long-term group project

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the Executive’s calendar and schedule
• Coordinates meetings and schedule events
• Acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries addressed to the executive
• Arranges travel, accommodations, and logistics
• Accompanies the executive during international travel
• Tracks expenses and prepares expense reports as needed
• Conserves the Executive’s time by reading, researching, and analyzing information as needed
• Represents the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through, skills and sound judgment
• Brings a team-oriented and positive attitude
• Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in Korean and English at a professional level is absolutely essential
• 3+ years of prior administrative assistant experience
• Entertainment industry experience highly preferred
• Must be willing to travel for extended periods of time
• Capable of managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Highly professional with excellent judgment and discretion
• Ability to work in a dynamic and in a fast-paced environment
• Critical attention to detail and highly organized
• General business intelligence and interest in Music and Entertainment business
