Job Description

An upcoming documentary series is now casting participants to help uncover the history, mysteries, and hidden truths of Houston’s bayous. This series will explore fascinating stories, local legends, and the recent discoveries of bodies found in these waterways, bringing to light the untold narratives behind Houston’s most iconic natural landmarks.

Producers are seeking individuals with personal experiences, local knowledge, or professional expertise related to Houston’s bayous. Selected participants will take part in in-person, on-camera interviews and share their unique stories and insights.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in in-person filmed interviews in Houston.

  • Share personal stories, knowledge, or insights tied to the bayous.

  • Provide historical context, eyewitness accounts, or commentary on notable or mysterious events.

  • Offer professional perspectives if you are a journalist, historian, or law enforcement officer.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable appearing on camera and speaking about your experiences.

  • Must have a direct connection or credible knowledge of Houston’s bayous.

  • Open to:

    • Individuals with firsthand experiences of unusual or significant events.

    • Community members with stories, family history, or cultural knowledge tied to the bayous.

    • Law enforcement officers or journalists with relevant experience.

    • Anyone with insight or perspective on recent discoveries or past cases connected to the bayous.
