A paid commercial for a local real estate company is casting three actors for an upcoming production in Youngsville, North Carolina. The production is seeking talented performers for homeowner and realtor roles, with opportunities for both individual actors and real-life couples. Selected talent will appear in a commercial highlighting the emotional journey of buying and selling a home.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform in a commercial for a local real estate company.
- Portray realistic and emotionally engaging characters.
- Follow direction from the production team during filming.
- Be available throughout the scheduled production window.
- Attend filming prepared and camera-ready.
Requirements
- Homeowner (Male): Playing age 50s–60s. One speaking line. Must portray stress, anxiety, and frustration naturally.
- Homeowner (Female): Playing age 50s–60s. Non-speaking role requiring expressive facial and body language. Real couples are encouraged to apply.
- Realtor (Female): Playing age 40s. Polished, warm, confident, and energetic. Non-speaking role.

- Include a current headshot and recent full-body photo.
- Acting résumé or demo reel is preferred if available.
- Confirm your availability for the full filming schedule.
Compensation
- $500 per actor.
