Job Description
A professional NBA dance team is holding auditions for talented dancers and entertainers to join its upcoming season roster. The team is looking for passionate performers with strong technical dance ability, professionalism, positive energy, and a commitment to community engagement. Selected dancers will perform at games, appearances, and special events while representing one of basketball’s top entertainment organizations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform at professional basketball games and live entertainment events
- Participate in rehearsals, auditions, interviews, and team training
- Represent the organization at community and promotional appearances
- Collaborate with choreographers, dancers, and entertainment staff
- Maintain high performance standards both on and off the court
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and positive fan engagement
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong dance technique and performance skills required
- Must be available for the full audition and rehearsal process
- Reliable transportation required
- Comfortable performing in front of large live audiences
- Professional attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must meet audition wardrobe and appearance guidelines
