Future Hearts, Minds & Dreamers (FHMD) is seeking passionate teaching artists to lead arts enrichment workshops for youth and seniors. This opportunity is ideal for creative professionals who enjoy sharing their skills and inspiring others through hands-on learning experiences. Classes are offered both in-person and online across multiple communities nationwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead engaging arts classes for students of various age groups

• Develop and deliver creative lesson plans or teach existing curriculum

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Guide students through hands-on creative exploration

• Adapt teaching style to different skill levels and age groups

Requirements

• Experience teaching in your artistic field

• Expertise in one or more areas such as:

  • Dance

  • Yoga

  • Photography

  • Film

  • Theatre

  • Creative Writing

  • Visual Arts

  • Culinary Arts

  • Language Arts

  • Martial Arts

• Reliable transportation for in-person classes (if applicable)

• Ability to provide materials, a materials list, or charge a materials fee

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation

• $40–$60 per class

• Flexible scheduling

• Classes typically run 45–60 minutes

• Programs run 6–10 weeks with weekly sessions
