The Junior Art Director will have an illustrative or design background to enhance brand identity of the organization through logos, wardrobe, and merchandising. As the Junior Art Director you will collaborate with other Creative Team members to further off-air concepts through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, Copywriters and other Creative Team members to conceptualize and implement off-air creatives
  • Create and produce innovative ideas aligned with the organizations brand identity and strategies
  • Adhere to timeline and budgetary requirements for items produced
  • Support creative concepts while discussing alternatives and different directives as needed
  • Create original designs and concepts aligned with brand identity which feature unexpected elements
  • Work closely with Production to ensure quality and timeline requirements are met
  • Communicates and collaborates with studio and traffic managers regarding project deadlines and scope to ensure studio resource scheduling

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Designer with off-air experience
  • Possess a strong portfolio of concepts, designs, and logos with cutting edge print work
  • Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign with an illustrative ability
  • Knowledgeable of all phases of production
  • Photo shoot experience, a plus
  • Ability to work onsite 5x/week
