Job Description
A media production and marketing company is hiring a part-time CEO Assistant (2–3 days per week) to support daily operations. This role is ideal for film students or individuals looking for hands-on experience in filmmaking and entertainment management.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO with scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting coordination

• Support film and media projects with research, documentation, and communication

• Assist with production tasks, pitch decks, and marketing materials

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Film, Media, Communications, or related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Passion for film, media production, and entertainment

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (film tools experience is a plus)

Compensation

• Part-time: 2–3 days per week with a flexible schedule
