Job Description
A media production and marketing company is hiring a part-time CEO Assistant (2–3 days per week) to support daily operations. This role is ideal for film students or individuals looking for hands-on experience in filmmaking and entertainment management.
Job Responsibilities

Assist the CEO with scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting coordination

Support film and media projects with research, documentation, and communication

Assist with production tasks, pitch decks, and marketing materials

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Requirements

Current student or recent graduate in Film, Media, Communications, or related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Passion for film, media production, and entertainment

Ability to multitask and work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (film tools experience is a plus)
