.KOM Studio is seeking a London-based Creative Assistant to support its growing creative team across social media, content creation, shoots, and day-to-day studio projects. The freelance, part-time position combines remote work with attendance at London-based shoots and offers flexible hours depending on current projects. The Creative Assistant will work across fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands, helping the studio develop and execute creative content for .KOM and its clients. The studio is looking for someone creative, organized, and proactive who can adapt the .KOM aesthetic to different client brands.

Job Responsibilities

• Support content and campaign shoots.
• Capture content across multiple devices.
• Edit video content.
• Create social media graphics.
• Conduct creative research.
• Assist with content planning.
• Support shoot preparation and production.
• Provide general creative and studio support.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media, content, or another creative role.
• Strong visual eye and understanding of creative aesthetics.
• Confident using Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
• Comfortable capturing content.
• Able to work independently and on set.
• Interest in fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.
• Weekday availability required.
• Creative portfolio required.
