Job Description
A non-union casting call is seeking adults ages 18 and older who can convincingly portray high school students for an upcoming feature film filming throughout the Los Angeles area. Production is looking for energetic performers to appear in authentic school scenes, including classrooms, extracurricular activities, and campus life. This is a great opportunity for background actors who can work multiple filming days on a fun, youth-focused production.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray high school students in background scenes.
- Follow direction from the production team during filming.
- Participate in various school-related scenes and activities.
- Maintain continuity throughout multiple takes.
- Work professionally with cast and crew on set.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must convincingly look like a high school student.
- Open to non-union background actors.
- Must have reliable transportation to filming locations throughout the Los Angeles area.
- Must be available for fittings and filming between early August and late October.
- Some performers may be selected for multiple filming days.
- Band members with instruments, cheerleaders, and performers with other high school-related skills are encouraged to apply.
