Job Responsibilities

Support financing and development efforts, including budgeting, planning, and creative coordination (Producer / Associate Producer role)

Assist with on-set operations, scheduling, and directing support during production (Assistant Director role)

Collaborate closely with the creative team to help bring the vision of the short film to life

Contribute to a professional, respectful, and collaborative indie film set
Requirements

Prior experience as a Producer, Associate Producer, or Assistant Director (1st or 2nd AD, depending on experience)

Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

Passion for independent film, storytelling, and festival-driven projects

Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, fast-paced environment
