Job Description
An award-winning primetime medical drama is casting background actors for upcoming episodes. Job Responsibilities

• Perform as a background actor during filming of hospital and city scenes

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older and not currently enrolled in high school

• Open to all genders, ethnicities, and body types

• Must be available for weekday shoots and early morning call times

• Must not have any time constraints during the listed availability dates

Compensation

• Flat rate of $132.80 for up to 8 hours of work

• Overtime pay (time and a half) after 8 hours

• Additional $35 if your vehicle is used on set

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in makeup and preparation sessions as directed by the makeup department.
• Remain still for still photography shoots, portraying a deceased person convincingly.
• Follow directions from the photography director and crew for proper positioning and scene requirements.
• Maintain professionalism on set at all times, including during periods of waiting or preparation.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with extensive makeup application and lying still for long durations.
• Seeking plus-size individuals, specifically of African American and Hispanic/Latinx descent.
• Age range between 20 to 50 years old.
• Must provide legal first and last name, age, contact information, height, weight, and full body measurements.
• Must submit a headshot and a full-length photo reflecting current look/hairstyle.
• Provide clothing sizes according to the specified list for either men or women.
• Must reside within the vicinity of the shooting location or be willing to travel (provide ZIP code for reference).

Compensation:

• Pay rate is $250 for an 8-hour day.

Casting Call: Lakeside Jogger

Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic background actors for an upcoming episode of a television series. The role involves portraying a jogger in various montage scenes set along a picturesque lakeside. This unique opportunity might allow you to see yourself on screen multiple times, as we will have you change outfits to depict different jogging instances across multiple days.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in multiple jogging scenes along a lakeside setting, contributing to the authenticity and dynamism of the montage sequences.
• Change clothes between takes to represent different characters or the same character on different days, as directed by the production team.
• Follow directions from the director and production team promptly and efficiently, maintaining professionalism on set.
• Be prepared to perform jogging scenes multiple times to capture various angles and moments as required by the director.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude throughout the filming process, especially considering the physical demands of the role.

Requirements:

• Genuine enjoyment and comfort with jogging, as the role requires significant physical activity.
• Ability to follow directions precisely and adapt to changes in the filming process.
• Flexibility to wear different outfits and alter appearance slightly to look like different people.
• Availability to film on Monday, 2/12. Please ensure you are available the entire day as filming times may vary.
• Previous experience in background acting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Compensation Details:

• Pay rate: $126.40 for an 8-hour day. Overtime will be compensated accordingly if filming extends beyond the scheduled 8 hours.
• Note: Transportation to the filming location is not provided. Actors will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation if needed.
