Job Description
An independent feature film is seeking a Production Assistant (PA) to join the crew for a paid opportunity in Los Angeles. The project, titled Cessation, follows a young actor whose recent rise to fame leads him into a series of events that force him to question the loyalty of his friends and colleagues while reevaluating the cost of celebrity.
The production is looking for a dedicated individual who can assist both behind the scenes and on set, supporting a small crew with planning, logistics, and day-to-day production needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with production planning and coordination.
- Support on-set operations and crew logistics.
- Help manage schedules, communications, and production tasks.
- Perform general production assistant duties as assigned.
- Contribute to maintaining efficient workflow throughout production.
- Assist with behind-the-scenes organization and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Interest or experience in film and television production.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with a small independent film crew.
- Previous production assistant experience is preferred but not required.
