An upcoming food webisode is looking for passionate home cooks with bold personalities to showcase their cooking skills. Participants will take part in a fun food swap segment, where each cook will prepare and taste each other’s signature dirty rice dish. This is a paid opportunity for individuals who love food, culture, and storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and present your version of dirty rice for the food swap webisode

• Participate in on-camera interviews and share your cooking story

• Engage with other featured cooks in a lively, personality-driven setting

• Represent Louisiana roots and flavors with authenticity and pride

Requirements

• Home cooks originally from Louisiana but currently living in New York City

• Must be 18+ with a big personality and strong on-camera presence

• Ability to confidently explain your cooking style and background

• Must be available for filming on the scheduled production date
