Job Description

A staffing agency is seeking energetic and professional Brand Ambassadors for restaurant and brand promotion activations across Long Island. Selected talent will work directly with restaurant guests during peak dining hours, encouraging customer interaction and helping increase online engagement through positive review participation.

The campaign is looking for outgoing individuals with experience in in-store activations, customer engagement, and promotional events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with restaurant customers during promotional shifts
  • Encourage satisfied guests to leave Google reviews
  • Represent partnered restaurants and brands professionally
  • Maintain positive customer interactions throughout events
  • Support promotional activations during peak business hours
  • Create welcoming and engaging consumer experiences

Requirements

  • Previous brand ambassador or promotional experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, reliable, and outgoing personality
  • Comfortable interacting with large volumes of customers
  • Available to work multiple shifts per week
  • Experience with customer engagement and activations is a plus

Compensation Details

  • $80 flat rate per shift
  • Shifts are typically from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Multiple weekly shifts available across several Long Island locations

Broadway Crew is seeking energetic and professional Brand Ambassadors for restaurant and brand promotion events throughout Long Island, New York. The staffing agency is building a team of outgoing promotional talent with experience in in-store activations, customer engagement, and live promotional campaigns.

Selected candidates will work peak restaurant hours interacting with customers, encouraging guest engagement, and assisting with Google review promotions in a customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google reviews
  • Maintain friendly and positive customer interactions
  • Assist with in-store activations and promotional efforts
  • Work scheduled shifts consistently throughout the campaign period

Requirements

  • Must be energetic, outgoing, and professional
  • Prior experience in brand ambassador work, promotions, or in-store activations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be available to work multiple days per week
  • Reliable transportation to Long Island event locations preferred

Compensation Details
