The Associate Producer role at BrandStar is a key position within the Programming department, responsible for identifying and securing Brand Participants to be featured on BrandStar Original television shows.

BrandStar is a fully integrated multi-media, digital video, and television production facility. We are experts in connecting PEOPLE with BRANDS to do LIFE better.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Identify national brands for BrandStar shows.
• Develop segment concepts, source funding for the budget of the project, research to gather information on stories and decision makers.
• Present partnership opportunity and funding requirements to corporate executives.
• Work closely with internal departments throughout the creative and production process.
• Maintain relationship with partners for future opportunities.

Qualifications include:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Creative abilities needed to develop stories for BrandStar show properties.
• Prior sales experience in television or radio a plus.
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Must be coachable and flexible.
