Energetic Male Actor for National Touring Theater Production

Job Description
A high-energy, comedic theater production is seeking a charismatic and dynamic male actor (he/him, 20–30) to join a national tour that brings laughter, inspiration, and empowerment to student audiences across the country. This interactive show features professional sets, audience engagement, and meaningful messaging. Perfect for performers who thrive in front of live audiences and want to make a lasting impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform in a fast-paced, comedic educational show

  • Engage directly with student audiences to deliver key messages

  • Manage light setup, props, and costumes

  • Travel extensively and maintain high performance energy daily

Requirements

  • Strong comedic timing or character acting experience

  • Ability to engage with live audiences, especially youth

  • Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude

  • Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs (props/costumes)

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Available for Fall and/or Spring tour contracts

  • Must be able to attend rehearsals in late August

Compensation

  • $650–$950 per week

  • Per diem and bonuses included

  • Travel and accommodations covered during tour

  • No weekend, evening, holiday, or school break work required
