A horror short film titled Tea Party is seeking a male actor to play the lead role of Kai. This character-driven project follows an outdoor adventure influencer who discovers a mysterious hiking trail that leads to a surreal tea party with magical fae beings. The production welcomes both union and non-union talent who can bring charisma, curiosity, and a sense of adventure to the role. This project offers an opportunity to gain on-screen experience, collaborate with an independent film team, and receive credited work for professional portfolios.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray the lead character, Kai, in a horror short film production.

• Perform scenes that involve adventure, exploration, and interaction with fantastical characters.

• Follow direction from the director and production team during filming.

• Participate in rehearsals and multiple takes as needed.

• Collaborate professionally with cast and crew to bring the story to life.

Requirements

• Male actor, ages 20–35.

• Must convincingly portray an outdoor/adventure influencer and content creator.

• Comfortable performing in outdoor environments and portraying adventurous, confident energy.

• Ability to deliver expressive and engaging on-camera performances.

• Union and non-union performers are welcome to apply.

• Previous acting experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

• Unpaid, volunteer-based project.
