Public Programming Associate

Job Description
A creative organization is hiring a full-time Public Programming Associate to support conversation-centered film and event programming. This entry-level role is ideal for an organized, can-do professional who enjoys community-driven storytelling, cultural events, and behind-the-scenes coordination. You’ll assist with administrative planning, operational logistics, and curatorial support for public programs and experiences tied to narrative change and creative campus events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution for public programs, screenings, and conversation-based events

  • Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, documents, and internal coordination

  • Help manage event logistics such as run-of-show support, materials, and on-site needs

  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, speakers, and internal teams to keep events organized

  • Support curatorial initiatives by tracking submissions, notes, and programming details
