Job Description:
Ariza Talent & Modeling Agency is seeking talent for a Mahindra Tractors commercial. This non-union project will showcase authentic and heartfelt family moments involving a granddad, grandson, granddaughter, and adult son. The project includes a self-tape audition process and mandatory in-person fitting in Orlando.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray family members in a commercial production focused on genuine and relatable family dynamics.
• Participate in filming for up to 10 hours per session, adhering to the client’s vision and production guidelines.
• Attend a mandatory 3-hour fitting prior to the shoot, if required.
• Deliver professional on-camera performance for a national broadcast and multi-platform usage.

Requirements:

• Adults (ages specified by client) who can work as local hires to Central Florida (no budget provided for gas, food, or lodging).
• Must be available for fitting in Orlando.
• Comfortable with self-tape auditions and performing as part of a family ensemble.

Compensation:

• Session Rate: $500 + 15% (10-hour day, overtime at 1.5x for hours 11-12).
• Usage Rate: Adults: $2,500 + 15%; Kids: $1,500 + 15%.
• Fittings: $100 + 15%.
