The emotionally driven story follows a Cuban immigrant mother navigating family struggles, identity, and sacrifice while living in Norfolk, Virginia during the late 1960s. Job Responsibilities
- Perform scripted scenes for a SAG-AFTRA short film
- Collaborate with directors and fellow cast members during production
- Participate in self-tape auditions and virtual callbacks if selected
- Bring emotional depth and authenticity to character performances
Requirements
- Cuban-American and Filipino-American actors encouraged to apply
- Comfortable performing emotionally dramatic scenes
- Some roles require comfort with beachwear scenes (no water work involved)
