Kristen started off in the hospitality industry from a young age and never dreamed of working in television. A chance encounter while living in Arizona allowed her to discover the world of Reality Television Casting and she knew it was her calling. A natural at talking to people, a true connector along with her creative mindset proved to be the perfect combination to allow her to achieve her current title of Casting Director and President of KMoss Casting. Because the Reality Television Industry gave her so much, Kristen is determined to give back. Creating the American Reality Television Awards in 2012 with her business partner, Andrew Ward, is one of the biggest accomplishments of her life. Always trying to innovate and find ways to bring the industry together, the American Reality Television Awards honors talent on screen and behind the scenes annually.

Midwest Fashion Week (MFW) is a fashion production company founded in 2006 by fashion designer, Berny Martin. What began as a small event series in Indianapolis has grown to include numerous events on both a national and international level including Chicago, New York and Paris. This growing platform gives opportunity to aspiring fashion designers, models, stylists, photographers and fashion marketing/production professionals in a geographic location that otherwise wouldn’t be available.

I am a Scottish casting professional based just outside of Edinburgh. Whilst I have a particular interest in telling Scottish stories and working on Scottish productions, I am also available for remote work throughout the UK and Ireland and have a successful track record of working remotely on various film and TV projects.
