Are you looking for a creative marketing agency that will allow you to create relationships and bring your marketing strategies to life? We are looking for a full-time (40 hrs/week) Digital Marketing Account Manager. The Digital Marketing Account Manager may work remotely in this position.

The Account Manager​’s Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Email communication and phone communication with potential clients.
  • Create keynote presentations
  • Create marketing material content (calendars and content marketing creative ideas) and compile visual assets to support marketing strategies.
  • Edit reports and outlines related to clients’ digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with administrative duties for the project management team in a coordination role as needed. This could include content review, copy editing, or a review of creative and visual assets.
  • Organize and prepare documents/reporting and assets related to business development and marketing efforts.
  • Write copy and content related to our services (marketing collateral, proposals, web pages, blog entries, articles, etc.)
  • Write (or proof, review and finalize other team members’ copy) blog post briefings and outlines for our content strategy team
  • Email communication with internal and external parties related to the work that we do as an agency.
  • Complete project-based content review, design, and quality assurance testing tasks associated with projects or clients’ ongoing campaigns as needed.
  • Create client account reporting and presentations to review the ongoing status of account activities.
  • Create content calendars and content marketing strategy outlines.
  • Social media management content calendar creation, communication and brand strategy/messaging creation, and management/oversight of content creation and scheduling.
  • Work as a team member closely with the executive leadership team on business development-related tasks related to the agency overall, specifically as it relates to client relationships.
  • Work within HubSpot as needed for agency-related tasks that pertain to the sales and marketing functions of the business within the platform.
  • Closely manage requirements and scope through the project life cycle.
  • Deadline management and accountability
  • Manage resources, budgets, assets, and activities on multiple concurrent projects to ensure requirements and goals are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
  • Schedule, monitor, and review project work to ensure that progress is adhering to plan.
  • Partners with strategic and creative teams to develop go-to-market plans, briefs and agency POVs to drive client success
  • Ensures that the agency delivers all components of a the given scope of work while also being watchful for over-delivery (scope creep)
  • Guides and directs solutions for any project-related issues that arise
  • Constantly communicates with clients and provides best-in-class service to meet their needs
  • Previous client management experience
  • Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients and team members on a regular basis.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for both client-facing and internal project improvements.

The Account Manager’s Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in account management or project management including experience within an agency environment, or managing multiple clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred by not required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have experience and proficiency using Apple (Mac) computers
  • MS Office proficient (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Shopfiy, Photoshop, InDesign/XD, Figma, Canva, Slack, Asana, MailChimp, Klavio, Semrush, Google Analytics & Ads, Facebook/IG Business Manager, Hootsuite or Zoho Social– all desirable but not necessarily required.

The Producer, Streaming TV will support TMB’s Streaming TV team’s Producers and VP, Current Programming & Development to produce longform programming for Jukin’s quickly growing FAST channel/OTT/CTV business. This role will oversee the creation and production of Streaming TV programming, 3rd party formats. About You

You are passionate about UGC content and half hour television series. You enjoy producing unscripted television from all POVs including VO narration, stage direction, and the incorporation of UGC content into the narrative. You are able to produce for a broad scope of genres including comedy, lifestyle and athletic/sports and weather and adventure.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Producers in the US and in India, Producers and Vice President of Current & Development in the creation of Streaming TV length-episodes, including originally filmed productions as well as clip-based formats in all genres
  • Casting: research talent (both TV and influencers) and do outreach to talent and their reps as it pertains to shows in development, and put talent candidates on tape for review
  • Help manage and maintain post production workflow by working with stakeholders including Producers and Post Supervisor
  • Drive and own the entire production flow of the Elevated and Basic tiers of programming (the clips/comps shows):
    • Curation of clips into rundowns/scripts for series
    • Sends finished rundowns to editors to build string outs, and to writer to construct copy
    • Oversees the edit process, distribution of cuts, S&P coordination, through delivery under the guidance of the series producer
  • Communication with the Director, Scheduling and Strategy to insure accurate delivery dates, deliverables and be flexible with air dates adjustments for Elevated and Basic series
  • Collaborate and oversee the re-format and/or creation of 3rd party content – liaise with content partners and talent and reps to make personality driven series
  • Act as a skilled resource that can guide and help stakeholders in Airtable
  • Creatively participate in the ideation and execution of series, with a great eye for talent, and how that talent will work into series
  • Maintain and collect information for weekly production and development updates and distribute to senior management

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as an Associate Producer and/or Assistant Director, or Production Coordinator ready to make the next step
  • Experience in a casting environment for TV, digital or film

  • Experience with editorial and content curation
  • Deep understanding of digital video trends, analytics and publishing standards

Reporting to the VP, Creative, the Art Director, Photo Shoots + Special Projects, will work collaboratively with other art and creative teams, as well as merchant and marketing stake holders to create innovative, actionable, and memorable digital and print assets for weekly sale campaigns and seasonal launches.

The Art Director plays an integral role in shoot prep and shot-list planning for apparel, on-figure, and in-studio shoot needs. Fostering a proactive and strong cross-functional relationship with merchants, buyers and product development teams is essential. This role will be in-studio during photo and video shoots to lead art direction ensuring the end result delivers against the brief and are in line with brand standards.

A successful candidate is a proactive, strong communicator, with the ability to make judgment calls and move quickly. Prior experience giving art direction in a fluid, fast-paced environment is a must. They will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, curious, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times. Creative problem-solving ability is a must. We need someone who can not only be great in their day-to-day work in a hands-on role, but can identify opportunities to make the team more organized and efficient.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • As the Art Director, Photo Shoots + Special Projects, you will partner with the VP, Creative and other creative teams in a hands-on way to design, develop and produce a superior consumer experience that is out of the box and leads to the evolution of current brand guidelines. This includes retail signage, retail email, sales collateral, power point and other types of presentation, event graphics support, in-studio shoot prep and planning.
  • Build a small, highly engaged, and effective design team, 2-3 reports, to achieve an exceptional level of performance and accountability in a large volume, fast-paced environment
  • Manage your team and their workflow daily, as well as handle administrative responsibilities relevant to staff.
  • Partner with the copywriter on projects as needed to create graphics and content for print, web, social, and multimedia platforms.
  • Inspire design team to generate strong, fresh visuals from concept to completion including strategy and concept development, research, and design—for your assigned projects
  • Set design direction and lead development of branding and graphic design elements for print and digital for your teams assigned projects. Review graphic designers’ work through a QA/QC process, oversee the production of production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in all graphic-based documents for your teams assigned projects
  • Serve as the creative point of contact on projects with key stakeholders for your teams assigned projects
  • Collaborating with the Project Campaign Manager, conduct daily departmental tasks: oversee project intake, balance team workload, review graphic design deliverables. Track projects and provide guidance to team about assignments and level of effort for your teams assigned projects
  • Set design direction and lead development of branding and graphic design elements for print and digital for your teams assigned projects
  • Lead pre-production meetings for stylists, photographers, asset management coordinators, and art directors to gather information critical to execution of upcoming photo shoot.
  • Take responsibility for storage, care, and maintenance of styling supplies and samples as well as maintaining an organized studio space
  • Seek cost-effective solutions and streamline processes as related to you and your team’s area of work.
  • Collaborator with the Photography Manager to cast talent as well as book freelance stylist, hair, and makeup artists.
  • Work with the Photography Manager to recommend photo shoot locations based on campaign directive and budget.
  • Partner with the Asset Management + Inventory Coordinator to develop and manage an inventory system for studio props. as well as manage prop budget, catering services and receipts
  • Uphold UA Brands visual voice and values
  • Understand the UA Brands brand aesthetic point of view and take the necessary styling steps to achieve it
  • Maintain a consistent and comprehensive awareness of upcoming photoshoots, stories, campaigns, sales, and deadlines
  • Brainstorm how to best represent UA Brands product in photography, retail store signage and email, B2B customers touch points, and e-commerce projects as assigned
  • Be an approver and reviewer of all creative assets, providing clear feedback and guidance to any internal or external partner for your assigned projects
  • Protects the integrity of design aesthetics & brand image through graphic design & strong collaboration with partners.
  • Develop talent skills in photo art direction and video/animation content.
  • Prepare for, initiate, and wrap photoshoots in partnership with other members of the Photography team to be on time and in accordance with schedule.
  • Take direction from VP of Creative as it relates to overarching brand vision and design point of view.
  • Provide guidance to the Photo Stylist(s) to further develop their brand understanding and styling skills

  • Must possess exceptional computer skills. Macintosh operating platform a must.
  • Perspective and space relationships.
  • Page composition and grid structures.
  • Thorough knowledge of the following software applications is required, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, scanning software, Adobe Photoshop and any widely utilized word processing application.
  • Mastered composition techniques (multiple elements and interactive pieces) in producing polished final pieces. Attention to detail.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud suite experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
  • A team player.
  • Must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate thorough knowledge of assigned product(s).
  • Provide effective direction at photo shoots.
  • Knowledge of photography, the photographic process. and a demonstrated photographic styling talent

Preferred Experience

  • 4+ years relevant work experience in marketing, brand and creative strategy
  • History of driving impactful, marketing creative for consumer-centric brands across B2B and DTC, e-retail and apparel a plus
  • Experience managing internal creative teams, desire to be a manager & mentor
  • Mac OS: 2 years minimum
  • Photo manipulation and mockup: 4 years
  • Adobe Creative Suite: 4 years
