We are currently seeking a talented fulltime Media & Production Director for a well-established church, supporting the ministry leadership team and congregation with all media and production needs. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for production, media, sound, and execution, while also having a successful track record of stellar leadership experience. Band or music management experience is a plus.

What are the responsibilities?

  • Unify and coordinate all worship services for a cohesive look, sound and feel (media), executing a flawless experience and production for all worship services.
  • Collaborate with worship leaders, communications & media ministry teams for overall service design & creative direction
  • Oversee media department and work closely with church leadership to bring continuity, high production value, and excellence to all aspects of all worship services
  • Manage service content as well as administering each weekly service to make sure all content aligns to the vision and message of the worship leadership team
  • Collaborate with worship and media ministry teams as well as all volunteers to ensure all elements of the service creatively convey the weekly message to the congregation
  • Manage and support team cohesion and schedules, including hours, budgets, time off, holidays, etc.
  • Oversee/maintain all church AV equipment, including organizing and staffing special events
  • Manage and provide creative direction for the set up of sanctuary space and stage, including identifying and creating projection displays to accompany presentation of light shows

  • Manage the operation & execution of all media systems for special events
  • Onboard and manage all volunteers for media ministry positions

We are seeking a Studio Manager specialized in Video Production to join our growing embedded team at our client’s office in Sunnyvale, CA.

As a Studio Manager, you will work with a team of expert storytellers, along with our experienced director to produce live, hybrid, and recorded video engagements with green screen and physical spaces. You will be responsible for running video productions, with a focus on live productions. You will facilitate our workflows, manage the studio, and participate in the creation of experiences around Cloud technologies in various industries to create a live production that is one of a kind experience.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and organized Creative Producer to manage the pre-production and the production of Hedley & Bennett’s major photo/video campaigns in 2023. This role involves two sides — Creative: Taking big idea creative direction/key shots and bringing it to life with more specific moodboards, models, the right on-brand vendors (production design , food styling, model casting, styling – props, wardrobe etc.) Logistical: Managing a budget, schedules, vendors, contracts, and run of show day of shoot — partnering closely with the Content & Creative Strategy Director and other creative stakeholders, and working with various cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of the shoot day.

Le rôle

CPAC souhaite recruter un(e) journaliste bilingue (français/anglais) pour son équipe de rédaction. Le/la titulaire du poste, qui travaillera à Ottawa et relèvera du producteur en chef, aura pour principale affectation l’émission politique quotidienne L’Essentiel. Cette personne supervisera la réalisation d’émissions, de reportages et de segments. Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne qui s’intéresse vivement à la narration et aux défis liés à la réalisation de contenu ciblant les besoins uniques d’auditoires différents sur toutes les plateformes. Le candidat ou la candidate retenu(e) possède de solides compétences journalistiques ainsi qu’une passion pour la politique et une grande connaissance de ce domaine.

Responsabilités principales:

  • l’émission française quotidienne d’actualité L’Essentiel ;
  • Développer des idées d’émission, de reportage et de segment ;
  • Écrire des segments pour l’émission ;
  •  Diriger et conseiller le personnel de production en ce qui a trait au développement technique, journalistique et esthétique de l’émission, des reportages et des segments ;
  •  Effectuer des recherches et identifier le thème de l’émission/du reportage ainsi que les invités, les éléments visuels, le traitement le budget et l’horaire ;
  • Confirmer la participation des invités et leur fournir les renseignements pertinents ;
  •  Prendre les dispositions nécessaires concernant les équipes de tournage, la retransmission et d’autres éléments techniques en collaboration avec le coordonnateur des opérations ;
  •  Coordonner la réalisation de segments d’émissions et de concepts de reportages avec les pigistes/le personnel régionaux ;
  •  Saisir les données de conformité et les renseignements relatifs aux émissions dans Broadview et Dalet;
  • Participer aux réunions du personnel, de programmation et d’autres réunions d’entreprise s’il y a lieu;
  • Tenir les fichiers, dossiers et registres nécessaires de l’émission ;
  • S’assurer que toutes les dépenses de production autorisées respectent le budget ;
  •  S’acquitter d’autres tâches connexes attribuées par le producteur exécutif ;
  •  Développer et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec le superviseur, les collègues, les gestionnaires, les consultants, les talents, et le public ;
  • Créer un environnement qui reconnaît, appuie, respecte et accueille bien la diversité au sein du personnel.

Qualifications (connaissances, compétences et expérience requises) :

  • Diplôme de premier cycle en journalisme ou en arts médiatiques, ou la combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience dans les médias;
  • Trois à cinq ans d’expérience professionnelle en radiodiffusion ou une combinaison de formation et d’expérience dans ce domaine ;
  • Excellentes compétences linguistiques en français permettant de rédiger et de produire du contenu pour la diffusion en ondes et sur les plateformes numériques;
  • Connaissance à jour du système politique canadien ainsi que des nouveaux enjeux et tendances ;
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse; curiosité, créativité et autonomie;
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction, incluant une bonne connaissance du style recommandé par le Guide de rédaction de La Presse Canadienne
  • Connaissances approfondies en matière de montage vidéo et de plateformes de gestion du contenu vidéo, d’exploitation et de maintenance des systèmes informatiques, de matériel et de logiciels ;
  • Connaissance des principes et des techniques de montage vidéo ;
  • Solides antécédents en matière d’utilisation de plateformes numériques pour la diffusion de contenus journalistiques ;
  • Maîtrise d’Adobe Premier, de YouTube, de Twitter, d’Instagram et de Facebook
  • Aptitude à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés ;
  • Efficacité en matière d’organisation et de gestion du temps ;
  • Compétences et expérience solides en matière de gestion de projets ;
  •  Capacité à travailler selon des horaires flexibles et irréguliers ;
  • Capacité de développer et d’entretenir des relations de travail positives avec le superviseur, les collègues, les gestionnaires, les consultants, les talents, le public et les contacts;
  • Capacité à intervenir avec diplomatie pour trouver ou négocier une solution dans des situations difficiles ou de conflit ;
  •  Compréhension de la dynamique de groupe et de la dynamique interpersonnelle ;
  • Capacité à promouvoir un milieu de travail qui reconnaît, appuie, respecte et accueille une diversité d’employés.

Il s’agit d’un poste régulier à temps plein offrant un régime d’avantages sociaux concurrentiels. Le candidat ou la candidate retenu(e) doit être entièrement vacciné(e) et devra travailler principalement au bureau d’Ottawa.

The Role:

Moonbug Entertainment Limited is looking for a full-time Senior Director, Production to join the growing production team in London. This position will play a significant role in carrying on the global success seen in our brands Morphle, Gecko, Arpo and Supa Strikas.

The successful candidate will lead the development and growth of a portfolio of brands with the goal of developing global brands with true franchise potential.

This is a leadership role requiring vision, inspiration and brilliant execution. The appointee needs to have a deep expertise in production who can juggle multiple responsibilities, and has managed production teams and outsourced partners.

In this position, you will manage the production of kids’ content across several projects, pipelines and formats. We are looking for someone with a background in producing animated CGI series, and other content formats and who is hoping to join an exciting company within the world of kids’ media. The role will involve taking an overview and providing management support for several of our show producers based in London & LA, while implementing best practices and processes. It is crucial that you are highly organized and able to work independently across multiple projects, so good time management and prioritization will be expected.

In this position, you will be working closely with the creative team, senior producers, internal production teams and the studios responsible for producing the content. We work with studios from all over the world and collaborate with our team in LA, so flexibility and openness to coordinate with different time zones is a must.

The candidate will be a committed and adaptable individual with excellent interpersonal skills. You must excel at communicating with both internal teams and external clients, while also being able to multitask and manage with integrity and a smile.

This role will lead a group of 3-4 senior producers and their teams, to make sure all content production remains on schedule, within budget, on spec, and abides by the creative vision and agreed-upon quality targets/thresholds, whilst communicating progress to wider stakeholders in the company.

This role will be responsible for ensuring that all content related to their brands is delivered according to business objectives. The role will work with production heads in Music, Audio (podcasts) and Localization departments to ensure targets are achieved. This role will work closely with the Brand GM(s) to ensure content hits business objectives.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience within animation and content production
  • Must have significant animation both short form and long form.
  • Podcast and other content format experience is also desirable
  • Excellent client-facing ability
