We’re on the lookout for a Creative Director with significant Experiential and Event experience (8 – 11 years).

What you’ll do:

You will lead the conceptualization and visualization of event and activation ideas (informed by briefs provided by the account and brand experience teams) by participating in brainstorms and developing presentations on your own. You’ll develop compelling visuals to bring concept decks to life, including mood boards, floor plans, mock-ups, spatial studies and renderings. Once the creative vision is sold in, you’ll work through each phase of the development process, partnering with internal and external design, production and fabrication teams to bring that vision to life.

  • You will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of creative programming for a wide variety of events and brand activations.
  • Work closely with the Account, Creative and Brand Experience teams to brainstorm, refine and select creative directions for each project.
  • Oversee proposals and creative presentations including but not limited to: presentation deck design, spatial design, printed and digital collateral, event builds, mock-ups and more.
  • Lead creative presentations to clients, effectively selling through concepts via video conference or in-person meetings

Skybound is looking for a visually inventive Art Director to help lay the foundations of a new, unannounced project, building and leading an art team to deliver amazing characters, spectacular environments and stunning visual effects in a customized UE5 engine. The Art Director will define the unique look of our game, lead a team of multi-disciplined artists, and help build and manage relationships with multiple external partners.

As Art Director, you will lead the creation of an inspiring and distinctive visual style. You will help translate a well-known and much-loved property to games as it has never been seen before. You will own the look, end-to-end, driving visual development development, character design, amazing environments and effects, and advanced rendering and lighting techniques. We will help you build your cross functional dream team, and together we will turn concepts and prototypes into awe inspiring experiences for our players.

Reports: This position will report to the Executive Producer of Skybound Game Studios

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and champion the artistic vision of our game externally
  • Work across disciplines to ensure a consistent vision

Basic Qualifications

  • Proficient in the creation of high-quality assets using Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop and Substance Painter
  • Experience creating visuals in stylized and physical based materials
  • Strong technical art skills with the ability to troubleshoot a game pipeline
  • Proven experience with successfully interpreting 2D concepts into 3D assets

Job Type: Regular, Full-Time

Salary Range: $140,000-180,000

  • Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.

We are looking for an Executive Producer in our Los Angeles office to lead and manage a team of Producers in executing a year-long DE&I activation series for one of our large retail clients. We are looking for an individual that has a knack for seeing the big picture, yet the ability to execute down to the smallest of details. This person must be organized, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a team of freelance and fulltime Producers to plan and execute 6-8 large-scale activations across the year
  • Be the Production lead across all projects for this account, ensuring all activations are on budget and on spec.
