We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as an Associate Creative Producer specializing in TikTok and Social Content Production. Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Organization: Coordinate content production projects, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met. Keep projects organized, maintain clear documentation, and facilitate communication among team members. 

Content Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our clients TikTok and other social media platforms. Stay updated with the latest trends and emerging features on these platforms. 

Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging content for TikTok, including short videos, challenges, and storytelling formats. Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience.Work with creators to make great content. 

TikTok Advertising: Manage TikTok ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI. Optimize ad creative and targeting strategies to achieve marketing objectives. 

Creative Development: Brainstorm and pitch innovative content ideas that leverage TikTok’s unique capabilities and trends. Collaborate with videographers, designers, and other team members to bring these ideas to life.

Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community and engagement on our social media channels. Respond to comments, engage with followers, and stay attentive to audience feedback. 

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of content and ad campaigns on TikTok and other social platforms. Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize future content strategies.

Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for office staff. Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring that all logistics are in place.

Office Management: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This may involve managing office supplies, handling mail, and coordinating office events.

Qualifications: 

● Minimum of 1 year of experience in content production and social media management, with a strong focus on TikTok. 

● Proven expertise in TikTok trends, best practices, and algorithmic changes. 

● Experience in managing social advertising campaigns, particularly on TikTok. 

● Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools. 

● Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.

The Role:

The Senior Art Director will be responsible for maintaining, and when appropriate, evolving the visual style of the CoComelon brand. This role will influence our core YouTube and Premium Original animated and live action content, as well as our album covers, consumer products, including toys and softlines, live events and theme park exhibits, fan experiences and all marketing and promotional content. The person who fills this role must be able to effectively direct other artists and partner studios/vendors as well as produce final artwork themselves. They must have reverence for the pillars of the CoComelon brand and recognize where there are opportunities to grow brand affinity through art direction.

This role will report onsite at our Los Angeles office

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly study and understand the CoComelon brand and projects and inspire and lead other artistic team members to achieve goals
  • Oversee the implementation of established art direction throughout the life cycles of each aspect of the brand
  • Manage research and development activities that support the evolving brand vision
  • Lead, manage, mentor and coach all artists who touch the CoComelon brand including staff and contractors as well as partner studios/vendors.
  • Oversee and provide approvals on artwork, provide thoughtful feedback, as well as drawovers/paintovers
  • Expert at matching tasks to appropriate artists
  • Provide exemplary artwork to clarify creative intent
  • Generate artwork across areas of specialization including characters, environments, props, textures, mood inspiration, lighting guides/color scripts and paintovers, story concepts, consumer products designs and brand marketing materials
  • Accountable for on time, on-budget execution and delivery of all art direction outputs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Art Director role
  • Extensive art direction experience in the children’s media space, ideally preschool content
  • Experience art directing and/or production designing for series (feature experience a plus)

Onward Search needs a Senior Art Director (Motion Graphics/Video) for a leading CPG brand. This is a fully remote role which will need to work PST hours (non negotiable). This position will start as a W2 contract role and transition to full time (temp-to-perm).

You’ll join the Creative Production Agency to help transform marketing and branding work into impactful video, broadcast and motion work.

As a Senior Art Director (Motion Graphics/Video) you’ll:

  • Spearhead the strategic art direction and lead the motion graphic art direction for long-form broadcast projects and select short forms.
  • Translate existing collateral around product launches into imaginative and captivating, full broadcast package style guides.
  • Direct and collaborate with a small team of internal and external 2D motion designers and 3D animators.
  • Develop multiple concepts and create presentations showcasing your work, delivering them to brand, creative, and executive teams.

Skills & Experience needed:

  • 6-10 years working in an agency or in-house creative department
