ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Manager, Publisher Relations – IT will build relationships, initiate and conduct negotiations for audiobook acquisitions from book and audiobook publishers, with a focus on Italian language publishers and agents. This position will be responsible for a wide variety of relationships, negotiations, catalogue performance of our European audiobook publishing partners, to help delivering the leading spoken word catalogue for our Italian audiences.
As a Manager, Publisher Relations Italy, you will…
- Develop of the quality and productivity of relationships with Publishing houses and key agents which are assigned to you.
- Help to structure, initiate, and conduct negotiations for deals with as part of the day-to-day relations with your key publishing partners.
- Support the European content acquisition teams by negotiating deals with different European rightsholders, according to evolving business needs.
- Partner closely with the local European and global Audible teams to foster synergies and efficiencies across our Publisher Relations efforts to serve our European audiences and publishers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Degree (JD, MBA, M.A., M.S., or other post-graduate degree) in relevant field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in international intellectual property rights licensing businesses (preferable from the wider media, television, film or computer game industry).
- Business fluency in written and verbal Italian and English, additional European languages are a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skillset (verbal and written English); with the ability to effectively communicate complex deal terms in a convincing and simple manner.
- Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly, calm and business goal orientated, also in difficult negotiations and under narrow timelines.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business.

Position Summary
A new world and a new journey await you. It is a world different from any other Blizzard has created.
If you’re a passionate game developer, and, well, a good human being, then we’d love to talk to you. We have a new AAA survival game in the works, set in a new IP for PC/Console. It’s going to be amazing, and we’d love to bring you along for the ride. Together, we’ll build something big, bold, and beautiful.
As the Sr Art Director you’d be joining a world class team to be instrumental in the leadership and illustration of the game’s vision. This position would be responsible for leading a growing team, establishing direction, consistency and helping to establish the game’s Identity.
As part of studio leadership, this director will report to the project Executive Producer and will collaborate with the Creative Director, Tech Art Director and Design Director to ensure alignment and continuity across teams. The Sr Art Director will provide feedback and communicate execution standards to guide the vision of the game; allowing the team creative flexibility and support wherever needed. Finding and maintaining the right balance between quality and speed is a top priority – this director will ensure that our assets are both on time, at quality bar, and performant in engine.

Responsibilities
- Actively define, evangelize, and evolve creative direction for the IP.
- Act as direct supervisor for Art team leads and set standards for ART team members

Summary:
Reporting to the Studio Manager, the Sr Photo/Video Producer will produce still and OLV productions with a key retail client. This role entails the production of all aspects of digital, video, mobile, social, signage, online and photography content creation. The successful candidate must communicate with the Creative team, Accounts Directors, third party vendors & freelancers for daily productions. The Sr Photo/Video Producer must have a keen eye for detail and a strong desire for promoting best practices and development standards. They must have a passion for building compelling digital marketing imagery across multiple digital channels.

In this role you will:
- Produce still photography and OLV video, working hand in hand with the PM, Creative and Account team at SJC. The Sr Photo/Video Producer must be an experienced Producer comfortable managing both photographic and video crew on a daily basis.
- Obtain and confirm project specifications; liaise with internal stakeholders and client for statement of work, provide quotations/estimates
- Ensure completion of all deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle: end-to-end from requirements to post Implementation phases, working hand in hand with the PM
- Ensure resolution of project issues, identify dependencies, risks and determine mitigation plans
- Track and manage project scope during filming & production phase, deliverables and obtain formal approval of change requests
- For any automotive shoots, coordinating vehicle transportation for shoots; organizing and arranging vehicle
- Arrange pick-ups and transportation with client or SJC shipping team
- Manage talent and freelancer costs of any production and/or in-studio elements

A bit about yourself:
