Casting Call: Stand-In for Film “ARMORED”

Job Detail: We are currently seeking a male stand-in for the upcoming film “ARMORED.” The production will be based in Pearlington, Mississippi, and applicants must be residents of Mississippi to be considered. This film is an approved production operating under the Interim Agreement.

Job Responsibilities: The selected candidate will work closely with the film’s crew and actors, providing support during the setup of scenes. Responsibilities will include:

• Mimicking the physical attributes, including height, skin tone, and hair color, of the specified actor.
• Standing in for the actor during rehearsals and blocking of scenes to assist the crew in setting up lighting, camera angles, and other technical elements.
• Remaining on set and in costume while the main actor is not needed, to ensure consistency in lighting and framing.

Requirements:

• Male, aged 50s to 60s
• Caucasian ethnicity
• Height between 5’8″ and 5’10”
• Residency in Mississippi
• Strong ability to match the specified actor’s skin tone, hair color, and overall appearance.

Compensation Details:

Job Detail: We are currently seeking a male stand-in for the upcoming film “ARMORED.” The production will take place in Pearlington, Mississippi, and applicants must be residents of Mississippi to be considered. The film is an approved production operating under the Interim Agreement. No vaccination or pre-employment testing is required.

Job Responsibilities: The selected stand-in will be responsible for closely resembling the lead actor in terms of age (50s-60s), ethnicity (Caucasian), height (5’8″-5’10”), as well as matching skin tone and hair color. The stand-in will be required to assist in the blocking and lighting setup for scenes, ensuring that the shots are framed accurately for the main actor.

Requirements:

• Must be a male resident of Mississippi.
• Age range: 50s-60s.

Music Video Casting Call: Classic New Orleans Musicians

Job Detail: We are currently casting for an exciting music video project that celebrates the timeless charm of classic New Orleans music. We are looking for talented male musicians aged 18 and older who can bring the spirit of New Orleans music to life through their instruments and appearance. The video will feature either individual classic New Orleans musicians with tools and full black suits or a full brass band. The shoot will take place in the vibrant city of New Orleans and will last for one day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Miming to the music: You will mimic the music using your instrument while wearing a full black suit. The goal is to authentically convey the essence of playing live music, even though you won’t be performing live for the video.
• Collaborating with the team: You’ll work closely with the director and production crew to ensure that your performance aligns with the vision of the music video.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor: Arrive on set punctually and be prepared to work for the entire day, approximately 6 hours. Flexibility is critical, as the exact time frame may vary.

Requirements:

• Male adults aged 18 years and older.
• Proficiency in playing one of the instruments: Trombone, Saxophone, Trumpet, Snare Drum.
• Availability for the shoot on Tuesday, August 29th, or Wednesday, August 30th. Ideally, you should be available for both days, as the final shooting date will be determined.
• Open availability for the entire day of shooting, with no conflicting obligations or interruptions.
• Must own and bring your instrument and a full black suit to the set.
• Ability to realistically mime, playing the instrument to match the music.

Compensation:

• Payment: $250 per person.
• This rate includes the entire shoot day, regardless of the final shooting time.
• Payment will be disbursed after the shoot is completed.
