Short Film Casting Search: NORMA PEÑA

Job Detail: Carla Hool Casting seeks talent for an upcoming Short Film. We are committed to authentic casting and representation, specifically looking for actors with any physical disability for the role of NORMA PEÑA. The Short Film aims to tell a powerful and inspiring story about resilience, determination, and the unbreakable bond between sisters.

Job Responsibilities: The selected actor will portray the character of NORMA PEÑA, a 57-year-old Latina woman. However, post-polio syndrome eventually forced her to retire.

As NORMA PEÑA, the actor will be responsible for embodying the character’s strength, resilience, and determination. They will portray her emotional journey as she reminisces about her life and the profound absence of her sister, who stayed by her side throughout her struggles with polio.
