HumanN is a leader in the health & wellness industry. We’re looking for a Creative Producer to contribute to the successful growth and evolution of the HumanN Brand and to help scale the creative operations, production and photoshoot planning for the Creative Marketing Department.
A successful creative producer possesses a Swiss army knife of skills. This role will assist the Creative Director with planning, project management, and deploying multi-channel campaigns and key brand initiatives. As campaigns are multi-channel in nature, you will work with many different teams to activate campaigns.
The Right Fit
Communication: You will act as a single point of contact with cross functional partners to streamline the flow of information and establish a unified voice to our internal departments and external partners. This ensures that projects stay organized, on track, and that correspondence funnels through the right channels.
Resource and Project Management: This key function will vary from project to project based on scope and needs. You will assist in managing team bandwidth, creative resources, and schedules at every step in the content production life cycle to improve workflow efficiencies and helps to ensure we’re utilizing the best talent available for each project.
Asset Management: You’ll help source, organize and share out any and all assets for each project. This may include files, footage, music, tracking down brand assets, gathering final deliverables, and facilitating the delivery and archiving of final files.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish production best practices including responsibilities and timelines while also driving projects forward with all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of the production process including project intake, scheduling, resourcing, budgets, project assets and licensing.
- Keep all resources, projects and assets highly organized and act as a liaison to any and all partners who need access.
- Communicate key project information and updates out to each function as needed and ensure they understand next steps, timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years producing creative projects, project management, and/or creative/PR agency experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Ability to pivot and adjust quickly to schedule changes and creative needs.
- Attention to detail, demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
- Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organization and time management; able to prioritize large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management software a plus.
- Working knowledge of video equipment and technologies a plus.
Work Location: Austin, TX. Local Austin-based candidates will be given priority.
