Position Summary

The Events Coordinator is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team as well as adult programming (Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops). This role will support all adult sports programming within the club to ensure members are able to enjoy a successful and robust program. This team member will help to ensure events are successful and fall in line with Life Time’s Mission and Vision Statement. This role will support Member Retention by providing an outstanding member experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
• Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
• Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
• Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs​

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• CPR and AED Certified
• Ability to travel as required​

Featured Model for Major Artist Music Video

Job Description:
We are casting for a commercial shoot in Atlanta and looking for several specific individuals to match cast family members. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who love fun projects and a great payday! No golfing experience required, but it’s a plus if you’re familiar with the game. We are casting both children and adults, and we welcome individual applicants as well as real siblings for family roles.

Roles:

1. African American Boy and Girl – Ages 9 to 13 years old.
2. Hispanic Boy and Girl – Ages 9 to 13 years old.
3. African American and Hispanic Male and Female – Late 20s to 40s; attractive parent types.
4. Male or Female – Late 20s to 30s, one with an Eastern European look, and one of any ethnicity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Appear in the commercial shoot portraying specific family members or background characters.
• Follow directions from the casting crew and contribute to the overall success of the shoot.
• Children must have a parent or legal guardian present at all times while on set.
• Wear appropriate attire according to wardrobe guidelines provided.

Requirements:

• Children: African American or Hispanic boys and girls, ages 9-13 years old. Real brothers and sisters may apply together.

Specialty Model Background Role – Sunshine the Stripper

Project Description: “SITUATIONSHIPS” is an independent film directed by Tip “T.I.” Harris and produced by Grand Hustle Films and Burke Entertainment. The film explores the dynamic experiences of a group of friends who discover more about themselves during their yearly getaways than they ever expected.

Role Description: We are seeking a female model to portray the role of Sunshine the Stripper, a specialty background character in the film. This role requires an individual who can convincingly portray a stripper in a tasteful and non-explicit manner as part of the film’s narrative.

Responsibilities:

• Portray the character of Sunshine the Stripper, involving scenes where you will be dressed scantily and perform dance moves.
• Give lap dances to principal cast members, both men and women, as directed by the film’s choreographer and director.
• Ensure performance is delivered with professionalism and respect to the boundaries of the role which involves no nudity.

Requirements:

• Female, biracial, multiracial, Hispanic, or African American.
• Age: 20s-30s.
• Physically fit and comfortable with performing dance movements.
• Must be comfortable in scantily clad attire as required by the role.
• No speaking parts involved, but must be able to perform convincingly in a non-speaking capacity.

• Bring personal vehicle to the set if applying with a car, ensuring it is clean and in good condition.

• Vehicle: No red, white, or black cars (if applying with a car).

• Must be available on the shooting date without scheduling conflicts.
