The Art Director will help concept and execute assets primarily for print and digital targeted towards internal union staff. This role is a high profile, cross-functional, and the Hands on Art Director will need to create strong internal and external partnerships.

REQUIRED for the ART DIRECTOR:

Bachelors degree, preferred.
Strong portfolio with at least 4-6 years of creative experience showcased (including concept/campaign work).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint etc.
Entrepreneurial Sprit
Solid understanding of print, web/mobile standards, email, digital ad campaigns and social platforms.
Deep understanding of brand narrative and storytelling.
Writing, communication and presentation skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across different projects.
Strong project management, time management and attention to detail.
