Position Summary

The Senior Video Producer is an integral part of the storytelling process and will be responsible for producing high quality video projects from concept development to post-production and delivery, lighting and camera direction, post-production audio editing, and post-production video editing for end products at Mercedes-Benz Stadium including but not limited to Atlanta United FC MLS Soccer, Atlanta Falcons Football, and more. The Senior Video Producer is expected to implement working methodologies, take ownership and help lead large and small video projects, mentor peers, as well as coordinate the visual output of our productions. This includes the ability to share ideas and also be open to ideas within the team.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Candidate must coordinate, plan and execute production workflows and schedules
  • Candidate must actively mentor peers in order to strengthen the overall reach of the creative team
  • Candidate must be able to adapt to ever changing requests, design edits and/or revisions and must be able to take direction and produce an approved finished product in a timely manner
  • Candidate will be responsible for utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, other nonlinear editing software, and production equipment to create advanced videos for all events at Mercedes-Benz including but not limited to Atlanta United FC MLS Soccer, Atlanta Falcons Football, and more
  • Candidate must produce, shoot, lead and guide multiple original video projects from concept, pre-production, production, post production, and final delivery
  • Candidate must be able to present concepts with storyboards/scripts, references and/or any other production design sample work
  • Candidate must bring unique, creative vision and strong editorial voice, and constantly work to identify new sources of content/talent as well as new formats for storytelling
  • Candidate must be able produce project files and usage protocols for the entire game presentation staff (For example an AE project file for lower thirds for editors to use in their respective projects or edit templates)
  • Candidate will have an active role in the game day execution for all events at Mercedes-Benz including but not limited to Atlanta United FC MLS Soccer, Atlanta Falcons Football, and more
  • Candidate will be responsible for fact checking, research and art/video consistency for their respective projects (This includes using images from Getty or any other approved source)
  • Candidate must generate the creative behind video, including finding the right talent, creation of shot lists, interview questions and handling the daily schedule to ensure timely delivery of each video, while working collaboratively within the ecosystem of AMBSE
  • Candidate will assist with maintenance and service of any department video production programs, software and equipment as needed within the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (asset and equipment management, etc.)
  • Candidate must lead video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications and/or 4 years of experience in video and broadcast production
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the digital, film, TV, agency, preferably in the sports entertainment field

  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and any other video editing application

The Art Manager of Photography and Video is responsible for all product photography, lifestyle and digital editing for the in-house Art Department, which services all creative needs for the company. This is a key role in maintaining and enhancing the brand’s holistic vision. The Art Manager of Photography and Video creates, shoots and edits images and video for use in social media, product development, product packaging, websites, annual catalogs, trade show graphics, video production, stop motion videos, ads and signage and covers all company events. 

All aspects of both in-house and on-location photo shoot coordination is the responsibility of the Art Manager of Photography and Video. He/she organizes set props and is responsible for transportation to off-site locations, schedules and coordinates all stylists, talent and other third-party vendors required. 

The Art Manager of Photography and Video maintains all videography equipment and in-house studio needs such as ordering supplies for studio, lighting equipment, props and backdrops, etc. He/she is tasked with updating and maintaining the company Photo/Video Library for use by the Sales and Marketing team, which includes, maintain proper file naming and image protocol for archiving.

The ideal Art Manager of Photography and Video will bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in studio or professional photography;
  • Experience in consumer product and commercial lifestyle photography;
  • An eye for design and an ability to “capture the moment” by utilizing studio lighting, prop set up, good lighting and angles;
  • Ability to shoot both lifestyle and still photography;
  • Knowledge of 35mm digital SLR systems and videography on DSLR system

Essential Job Functions and Duties of the Art Manager of Photography and Video :

 

  • Oversees and manages offsite photography studio including coordination of events and facilities management;
  • Captures all product and lifestyle photography needed to support and enhance the brand, as well as the company;
  • Edits, retouches, and processes digital photography/videography using photo and video editing programs including, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite (Cloud), Lightroom, Photoshop and Premier Pro;
  • Lights, styles and composes photographs to capture the essence of the brand;

Education requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field required.

Working Conditions:     

  • Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
  • Position requires sitting for extended periods of time, standing, visual acumen, and manual dexterity for working with computer keyboards.
  • Position requires after-hours and weekend work to meet project requirements, especially during Q4.
