OWN’s CHERISH THE DAY S2 is now seeking African American men and women, ages 20’s-65 to portray diners at the opening of a black-owned restaurant for a four-day continuity scene.
This scene will be shooting the following dates:
- Friday, July 30th
- Monday, August 2nd
- Tuesday, August 3rd
- Wednesday, August 4th
You must be free for all dates and be able to COVID test on both Monday, July 26th and Wednesday, July 28th in the Metairie area.
We have a possibility of there being a night shoot, so please have flexible availability.

Pay RATES:
Filming dates $168.00/12 (+$20 gas bump for Covington locations)
Covid Test & Fitting dates $84.00/day (**NOTE: this rate is contingent on you showing up to work on set and will be paid in installments – $34.00/day guaranteed base rate for initial test/fitting with an additional $50.00/day (for each test/fitting) allowance added to your voucher on your work date. If you do not show up for the filming date, you will not be eligible for and will forfeit the $50/day allowance for any tests/fittings but will still be paid the $34/day guarantee)

- Male, Caucasian, age range 30s-50s, natural looking, clean-cut (NO facial hair on men except maybe a small mustache), conservative, professional. Men-Suit jacket size range 38-42 with waist sizes 34″-38″, smaller average sizes to accommodate period clothing. NO colored hair, NO modern/quirky haircuts, NO visible tattoos or piercings
